In-engine pre-Alpha footage of this upcoming dieselpunk RTS has been released, and it looks good:

With visuals by acclaimed post-Communist mostly Polish artist Jakub Rozalski, Iron Harvest promises an exciting new spin on the conflicts that shaped Europe during the 1920s.

Reminds me of Company of Heroes 1/2 but with tanks on legs :D

I've seen quite a few people making that comparison. The animation is superb, particularly for an indie title.

Currently set for release in 2019.

It has cover mechanics, and destructible scenery. Comparisons to Company of Heroes, Men of War, and Dawn of War are well founded.

I keep coming back to the mecha animations, because they are just so incredibly good. The development team invited feedback on their Facebook page, and tweaked the game accordingly. The results are very impressive.

    Oh, long wait :(

Hopefully it releases super polished. There have not been any good RTS games lately.

OK looking at the Kickstarter stuff, this game DOES look very awesome.

I note that the average donation has been around $100 whih is a pretty fair effort !

    AU$ 587,545 and counting....

I'll admit, I've pledged for the kickstarter exclusive edition. Was severely tempted by the art edition pledge as well.
