Like the topic - struggled with last months as everything I could think of was too 'cliche'

glad you guys like the theme :)

most of my photog has this sort of theme (except i think mine are a bit too cliche'd at times) so why not? would be interested to see what sort of entries will come about from this, i think there will be quite a few good entries this month.

Was at St. Kilda Pier last night and didn't realise this was the topic :o

Still, got a few fitting shots. I'll put one up soon anyway, if not just a placeholder, since I've missed out on the last few comps.

I thought I had misread it too.
    I read crossroads as well.
I thought just seeing the crossroads made me hallucinate it!

Spitfire, your entry is invalid, and will be disqualified if not corrected before the competition closes.

The rules (in the first post of then entries thread) specifically state that
"All entries must be exactly 800 pixels on their longest dimension; eg, 800x450 or 600x800. This includes any borders you choose to add. No thumbnails."

Your entry is currently 1163x776 pixels.

    Cheers,
    Martin.

Well there's mine. It was the second thing that came to mind after reading the topic but the first idea had been and gone last month so it was a no go.

I think it's quite fitting for this forum.

yeah PCB paths had crossed my mind to the point where I even found an older motherboard with very prominent paths. Didn't end up using it though. Thought it would be too cliche/obvious on the OCAU forum ( But who am I to say what others like - none of my last 4 months entries in the IP comp barely raised a whimper  ).

I don't see how that would be a problem, they're all original untouched photos...they're just combined. It's a little different to blatantly altering colour, sharpness, and other variables
