Hi OCAU Foodies... I am a bit of a chicken noob and normally buy the breast on it's own and then do what I want with it. Got home late and I'm trying to cheat by using these oven ready chicken cordon bleu things from Ingham. Anyway they are almost done and there is blood coming out of them. This is so not normal (I think) because everytime I've ever purchased chicken breast it's white and clean and I always wash it. This just looks gross and now has turned me off my easy chicken and salad dinner :-( Here are the pictures... If this is normal please feel free to laugh at me but I don't remember any chicken breast I've ever bought to be oozing blood out of it!
