Is this systems power supply enough?

    Well the power draw from that a overclocked 2080ti when stressed can get up to about 330W.

    The i9-9900k overclocked and stressed can consume about 240-250W.

    The rest of the system might consume another 100w

    So in theory, if you have everything overclocked and are stress testing both GPU and CPU at the same time you will go over the 650W the PSU could supply. However in normal use including gaming with no or minimal overclocks you wouldn't go over 650W.

    Personally I would upgrade PSU to a 750W or 850w just for the extra bit of overhead as well as being able to run the PSU most efficiently when using peak power.

    Yea ... it's best to have more. I don't like that included power supply at all. I think I will pay extra for peace of mind. TY.

    At the very least....850w...from a top tier brand.
