You should be fine, its just a flip of the coin as to if you can answer the OEQ unfortunately.

From what I have read the OEQs seem to be a bit of a dog's breakfast - perhaps they should have been asked during the written not the lab. I think I understand the purpose behind them but if they are really that important and need to be in the lab, maybe there should be more than 4 questions, perhaps 8 where you can only get 2 wrong.

I have seen simulators for these questions - hopefully they provide a reasonable supplement, it's weird reading peoples blogs that people are freaking out over these than the actual lab components themselves. I guess there's that pressure of succeeding the lab and not making it due to these questions.

Either way, the exam format is the way it is - best of luck in your final prep itsmydamnation!

Mine were pretty reasonable, the guy I studied with who also passed reckons he definitely got one wrong and said that it was about a topic not even on the blueprint.

What did you think of your timing in the end? Did you pace yourself correctly?

How much "correction" of your own work did you need after lunch?

At lunch I thought I didnt have enough time and at the end I had about an hour and a half to verify. I guess when you think about it theres like 6 or 7 sections and for me it usually took till after lunch to do switching and some of igp routing. I thought to my self "Im half way and I've only done say 1.8 sections out of 7." Also lunch isn't the logical half way when you count OEQ and reading the lab paper but it certainly felt like the psychological half way. The time constraint in hindsight was good thing for me because it made me work like a demon in the afternoon.
