Something I've been working on for the past 3 months. Will be submitting to ocremix eventually. Jumps around a lot :)

    Have fun-

Love seeing some OCR love for Jazz, nice work man.

Curious, what gear/software did you use for this? Care to share your setup?

    Hey man, no problem-
my studio is here: www.soulstudios.co.nz (now defunct as a business)
tracktion 5 (it's a flaky POS but I like the workflow)
cheap ashton amp for the guitars
    motu 896hd (BLA modded)
sm58 on guitar, sm7 through a cloudlifter and BLA auteur on vox - ditto violin
a bunch of mics on the drums
drums are combination of live and steve slate samples + a few dubstep kicks thrown in there for the hell of it
    synths: cameleon,
    fx: slate vcc/vbc/vtm, vtmm2, izotope ozone 4, alloy 1, nectar 2, glaceverb
I also used a small amount of the original samples blended in there
3 different pianos blended together in kontakt 2 for the piano
    3 different synths/samples for bass
extremist for distortion on guitars and synths
a few other bitcrushers, phasers, eqs...

    sweat, thanks for the info.
So the Cameleon is what, a DSP of sorts? kind of a plug in - in a box kind of thing?

(I pretty much solely use hardware synths + fx and very little/if at all vsts/plugins)

I'm mostly ITB synths, though I have an external keyboard. Camel Audio was a company of sorts before Apple Ate it. Now you'll find it's later products (alchemy etc) in logic audio. Cameleon is one of it's earlier synths -I won it, in a competition and fell in love with it. It's abandonware now, essentially. Their Camelphat plugin was also fun.
I think they got eaten to death by piracy, and then decided to sell out.

OMG I used to love this game! During the past winter I've decided to play it again. Absolutely worth it!

I was never a big fan, strangely, but then I didn't get into Sonic et al either, so go figure. I just loved the music!
