Thought I'd share my experience building with the Jonsbo TK-3 case.

Jonsbo TK-3 Mid Tower Case - Black | PLE Computers

Was a surprise gift from my uni mates - my last PC build was in 2020 with my i9 and 3080, with only some minor tweaks in 2021, but left alone since then.

Some time maybe a year ago, I commented to one of them that the TK-2 was quite nice with the curved glass... and surprise a year later, they end up buying me a TK-3.

Anyway, this gift kinda forced me to rebuild my PC so I had abit of fun doing that.

    Initial Impressions
Very good build quality; paint finish is immaculate, no splotchiness or grainy areas, etc, almost feels as smooth/consistent texture as anodised, but I don't think it is.

Generally easy case to work on because like aquarium style cases, there's no front section of the chassis.
Only downside with flexibility is that the side mount won't take a 360 radiator as there's only enough clearance for 3 x 120mm fans.

Main difference to TK-2 is that the TK-3's curved glass sits "within" or recessed in the chassis, and rather than 2 curves, there's only 1 curve. This means also the rear can have a 1x120mm exhaust fan whereas the TK-2 could not.

In some ways the TK-2 looked more impressive with the dual curves, but it's rare to look at the case from a perspective where you can really appreciate that.

    How about fans?
Well, other than the Aorus Waterforce X 3x120mm ARGB fans that I previously had mounted on the front, none of my fans previously were ARGB.
So, without wanting to break the bank, I ordered a bunch of Teucer JM-1 3-in-1 kits; some in reverse flow, for the side and bottom fans.
Also ordered normal flow, to mount under the radiator pushing up/out of top of case, and for rear exhaust.
Long story short - these move alot of air and are pretty quiet, look great with minimal cabling/interconnect, BUT don't have much static pressure...

    Alright let's build
Generally, doesn't get much easier than this, and is all straight-forward.
Fit and finish is great. A few notes though as follows:
    • Hard to access the holes above the mobo after radiator/AIO mounted. ESPECIALLY, after realising the Teucer fans weren't great on the radiator, and I re-installed the Aorus Waterforce fans on top to dual stack fans onto the rad.
    • Dual-stacking the fans also added the challenge of obstruction with the rear fan if the radiator is oriented with the tubes at the rear end of the case. In the end I had to flip it around so its at the front.
    • With fans all along the bottom, GPU stand/support can't be used in the same/standard spot. However, managed to find a spot between the mobo and the side fans.

    End Result
Photos below are after putting the Aorus Waterforce fans back on the radiator in dual-stacked config (and thus having to flip the radiator orientation) and CPU temps are back to great.

Absolutely beautiful end result to not have a hard edge/line in that front corner view. GPU temps are totally banging, with my 3080 on factory fan curve, but jacked to 400w, in furmark GPU sat at 66°C, fans at 1600rpm (Fans 1 and 3) and 2000rpm (Fan 2), which is much better than before.

    Conclusion
Can highly recommend this case at this great price of $159 from PLE. Hard for me to not fill the fan spots with fans, so the price does go up especially if you decide to go for Lian Li or other premium fans, but yes it's a well thought out case that can fit anything.

Case is larger in volume than previous standard ATX style case, but feels less imposing on the desk due to the lower height as the PSU is now in the rear chamber. Enjoying the refreshed aesthetic!

Due for new parts in 2025 I would say, so will probably do a nice custom WC build in this case at that time; probably use a distro/pump/res combo for the side 360m spot, or utilize the spare space in the rear chamber.

    NICE, great build.

Bought the smaller baby version TK-0 and it's a cute little case. Can be mounted vertically or horizontally.
