Yeah just had a quick skim over a couple of sites - X Boxen has major issues, reported memory leak - ouch.

I think you misunderstand the situation, there isn't any official multiplayer coming out.

Just Cause 2 didn't receive multiplayer until it was 4 years old.

I'm not even considering multiplayer because by the time we get multiplayer we will probably all be playing another game, or just cause 4. Thats assuming somebody makes it at all.

People have attempted to make multiplayer mods for plenty of games and never managed to fully implement it.

Anyone got it on PC yet?
Seems Xbox version is a bit of a disaster atm.
Information on ps4 version seems to vary abit but all the YouTube vids look very promising so who knows?

I havent but this is definitely on my to play list. I will wait till a sale to pick it up due to backlog.

While I would expect PS4 to handle it better, given the reports on how bad it is on XBO, its not going to be that much better on PS4.

Haha, well I did go out and put a deposit on it, and then inform her it was her Xmas gift to me. So I suppose I can't argue I didn't know what I was getting in to. Haha.

By all accounts pc version is fine, other than some amd driver issues, and slightly long load time. Hoping it'll run on my gtx970 and 8gb ram

That would be an awesome christmas.
Just lock yourself in a room with a slot at the door for them to shove the pudding and meat through.

To be safe just make the meat a pudding consistency.
That way you can eat it through a straw and not have to use your hands.

Game looks pretty sweet @ 4k.. I've never seen so many things filled with gas..

    http://imgur.com/7DdMuX3

    Initial thoughts..

Lots of detail, textures look great.. Certainly look better than Fallout 4

On a single 980ti (since there's no SLI profile yet), settings all maxed with 4x AA.. ~40-50fps even during explosions etc

Gunplay is definitely improved upon over JC2. I always hated the gunplay in jc2, it felt like an afterthought

Cars/vehicles handle pretty good. Closest similarity would be GTA 5 vehicle physics..

Keyboard/mouse seems good. Still getting used to the controls to switch between wing suit and parachute

I've played the first hour and have liberated the first area. You have to destroy a number of elements in the town to liberate it. Not sure if I missed it but you have to go looking for the items to destroy, there's no waypoint to tell you where to go

Loading.. There seems a lot of loading going on, even between small cutscenes etc. I'm playing it off a mechanical HD, and loading can take a few minutes to get into the game, and then 1-2 minutes each time you complete an objective etc. Think this will be going on my SSD as it will clearly drive me batshit after a while

Initial thoughts are this game rocks.. Could be another insanity laden GTA extravaganza but even more over the top.

I'm going to be a grinch and nit pick, but first the good points:
looks pretty awesome, the absolute destruction and exploding everything rocks,
Runs fine getting about 40fps @ 4k on an i5 4670k and R9 390 on very high settings except for AA and AF.

    The bad:
its crashed my system twice in about an hour.
with vysnc on it defaults to half rate 30fps.
unless i haven't found the button for it/haven't figured it out, doesn't have:
    aim down sights,
    crouch,
    run.
Menu design sucks. everything can be controlled by the keyboard, except going back.
    no minimap.
The aiming is tarded, i cant hit anything for the life of me - but does seem to have some kind of near enough lock on for the grapling hook.
I cant get pretty wingsuit action like i see on youtube videos, i constantly eat dirt.
collisions on some world items is bad.
    Can't shoot from a car.
cant just run/fall of a ledge - must jump
