How much was the co2 bottle, gas and regulator? I presume you got it from BOC gases?

again, i always forget to delete stuff clearing now.

rented co2 bottle $100 for year, pay buy the month, its calculated day by day.
the actual gas was 6kg $33 and the regulator was $89 i think.
when ya want one drop me a pm, gives me the chance to get new regulator ready for ethylene bottle and -100c loaded temps.
i do need it though 2 months ors so to end of auto cascade competition at xtreme systems, im in second place now so have some work to do.

depends are you the police :upset:
no but i am not using refrigerant so no need license to get these gases, and they safe to release into the environment.

not bad though self taught to build a cascade. been phase changing just over a year now.
Anyone could make one if read enough and have motivation to get out there and source all bits needed, thats the real challenge.

nice work kayl - the -100c barrier is very impressive!

do you have any links to read up on about multi-stage phase change? i dont really know how it works in comparison to a standard phase change. Since you are self taught id assume you would have quite a few links?

you should try and get together a really fast system (like FX-55 chip) and see how far you can go on the overclocking front too ;)

Whats the price on something like this kayl, and is there any chance you could guesstimate the constant usage in watts?

subbing to get this answer. Once I have the price on this, I can work out how many hours of LN2 I would have to do to start saving money :p
