Thank you, that's good to hear. There really aren't any other interesting sets out at the moment. I was thinking of the Liebherr but can't justify $750.

I've restarted modding older sets again and modding other peoples quality MOC sets.
    42099 "Rocky"
Arocs with the new pneumatics, plus other surprises.
    C+ excavator I think I posted earlier.
    6x6 crawler.
    Another 1:8 scale supercar.

LEGO Creator Expert Roller Coaster 10261 - $381.29 on Amazon https://www.amazon.com.au/dp/B07C8DSTCP

I finally managed to get one.

Since it was released in 2018, i suspect it would have to be close to retiring? I can't imagine it getting much cheaper than this.

Yes Target did have it for $329 a month or two ago, but it was basically unobtainable. I tried several times when Target updated with stock and every time it got cancelled.

I've wanted one for years! Really tempting to get one over the moxxy but I don't know where I'm going to put it.

General rule is 2 years, but the Expert lines are oddballs, they're still selling the Beetle from 2016 and the T1 camper from 2011.

You should be able to justify it. It's freaking AWESOME. Worthwhile the expense, the build was great, and the functionality is incredible.

Hi all does anyone know if there is a transformer brand Lego kit, preferably one that transforms?
I have been looking on Google but they seem to be some other brand or just a copy.
    Thanks

I haven't seen many but I'm sure I have seen some. I think there is lego Voltron and maybe a bumblebee.

Bumblebee would be great as it is for my son's 18th and that was the one he liked the most. He and his sister have disabilities so they are much younger for their ages so I thought a Lego would be a good idea for him.

Pretty sure this is due to licensing. Kre-O own the licensing rights for 'modular construction sets'. They have the rights to Star Trek too I think.

Nothing wrong with them and they're legit (Kre-O is owned by Hasbro). Obviously they're not Lego though.

<sarcasm>Amazing that Hasbro would license the rights for one of their own products to one of their own subsidiaries.</sarcasm>

Display, but sets I've bought in the past that I didn't like as much as I expected end up being recycled into new stuff.

Yeay! Got my ISS and Lunar Lander. Just wish they'd re-realease the Curiosity Rover, not fond of the idea of paying $1000 for it...

There are new in box listings on bricklink for ~$500 shipped, used for half that.
I made one at about Easter from parts, not a set, only hard to get bits were a pair of suspension arms. All in cost me ~$40 I think?

I may try that. I don't really care about the box. Pricing I am seeing is usually $600US, which is insane. Could buy the UCS Falcon for that sort of cash.
