Ha! That's awesome!
42129 Mercedes-Benz Zetros Trial Truck.
Right hand drive.
Efferman rear end & steering angle fix.
Tumbler wheels & tyres.
Anti-flop bonnet, ½pinned doors.
Somehow it looks better. That meaner look.
Sold my GT3, off road crane and Volvo dump truck for $1150. They were all in boxes and disassembled to corresponding stages. Now I just need to offload the NES.
Lego Titanic. A 1.3m long $999 behemoth! https://www.lego.com/en-au/product/lego-titanic-10294
Dale from PerthLUG got a review set, it's on display today and tomorrow at Bricktober.
Anyone bought from these guys before? https://theblockzone.com - some of the stuff they have looks awesome.
Gotta birthday coming up and the other half has asked me if i want the Technic remote control 4x4 (42099), but now i'm thinking this - https://theblockzone.com/collections/off-road-collection/products/1879pcs
No, but they're just another clone like lepin, vonado, or cada.
Part quality and set completeness can vary wildly and many designs are stolen from MOC designers.
Not all bad though, like the micro-sized motors some sets use or the "Eric Trax" designed cada tractors, but it's not Lego.
So it's just fake unbranded lego pieces sold as either copies of original sets, or copies of MOCs? Still, some look awesome like https://theblockzone.com/collections/bestsellers/products/3962pcs
I wouldn't go near them though,
If you are going to buy off brand you may as well go straight to AliExpress. I grab the occasional MOC there and buy the plans direct from the designer as well. Just a far faster/easier/cheaper way of getting the brick packs.
This is awesome - shamelessly copying the concept!
I’m pretty sure i got the inspiration from someone else anyway, so it’s just like pass the parcel.
That looks awesome
9090 pieces, and I'm guessing some of it would be fairly repetitive/tedious, but man, what a kit.
Only the portholes, from this local review.
That new Home Alone set is cool.. but not worth the $400 price tag!
So who's getting the new Batman Tumbler? $270 on sale: https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/660601
Ordered one........I was annoyed I missed the old model years ago and refused to pay the scalper prices.
The Home Alone set is the cheapest by far 4000 piece set currently available from Lego
I still haven't been able to buy the Star Destroyer.
This one looks nice, would love to get it
It's cool, but $1200 is taking the piss.
AT-AT has some cool new parts. New 1/4 circle gear that forms an 11 stud ring, the Defender wheels in LBG, 11L flip-flop beams in LBG, and the large turntable top is DBG instead of black for the first time.
