Hi all, did a quick search and nothing popped up - probably not trying hard enough...

But what's the best way to order lost pieces in AU?

I see that Lego will send replacement broken parts - son broke a piece so I've put in an order. Looks like it's free?
When ordering missing pieces (Pick a brick) the shipping kind of kills it. i.e. cents for the piece, $20 shipping etc.

Lego send missing parts from new sets for free. It can take up to a month for them to arrive. You can buy new and used parts and sets from sellers on Bricklink, Brickowl and the also parts from Lego pick and build hub on the https://www.lego.com/en-au/pick-and-build website.

I used Pick & Build after our Malshi decided to eat one of the engines on my space shuttle. Invl postage, it was just over $10.

I used Bricklink after one of my retrievers at the mirror on my GT3. Took ages but got it and managed to sell it no issues.

Anyone find the current technic sets a bit meh? I like the D11 but at $750 for something I'll build and put on the shelf is a bit steep.

    Thanks all :)

Bricklink looks like a winner! Shipping at very reasonable prices (normal letter if you select AU sellers).

You could try BrickLink. I setup a store and sold quite a few sets both bnib and used and, as you’re dealing with Lego enthusiasts it’s typically a positive experience. I’ve also has good success on Facebook market and even on eBay but you have to add a good premium to cover their fees for the latter (roughly 12%).

it really depends on what sort of prices you want to get. On BrickLink it’s easy for buyers to compare both current prices and historical so you want to be close to market rates in your country. On eBay you can ask a bit more because it’s a huge market of potential buyers and not as easy for buyers to compare sold items (or some don’t bother).

Or you could try offering on our own non pc related forums here, plenty of Lego enthusiasts present

If you choose to list on Facebook then spend some time joining the relevant Lego sales groups.

    Good luck!

Hasbro's current CEO came from Wizards of the coast, so has been involved in deals over the last few years that have been very profitable. That may be why they are willing to play now.

Anyone know what a an old Lego Slave I 75060 is worth? Built on stand but no lego persons. Was given to my son as a present and was curios. Cheers

I'd heard this was coming but thought it was a re release of the original set, not a remake. I do wish they'd release a classic space series.

Oh man that would be a steal.

I'm actually kind of keen to get either the rollercoaster or D11, but I'd want 15-20% discount to actually do it.
