Light painting - Old Train Station

    Went out to the old Train station at Glenreagh, NSW with a few people for some light painting. The weather held off long enough to get some decent pics but the clouds blocked most of the light from the moon so the torch got a lot of use painting the scene. These a re a few of my favourites from the night. C&C welcome.

    #3 does it for me. Could be straight out of a Doctor Who episode.

    ANd you have me, how did you do it? Cyalume glow stick spun on peice of string round on circles?

    Wayne, the orbs a done with a custom tool I made; a rotating rod on a post with leds on the end.

    They are freakin awesome!

    The last one is the winner for me. I would love to try light painting mixed with a fashion shoot . Would be interesting to see the results

    More info on this tool if you want to share? I've always thought it was just spinning string by your hip.

    They definitely add a nice visual into the scene. 3 is awesome, really grungy carriage to start with helps.

    The mix of lights in 5 is a nice touch as well.

    1 is cool as, has some sort of survival/horror feel to it.
