LG HUB is a right piece of shit .
If I would have known the software was this bad , there is no way I would have bought this amateur product.
Corsair is not much better , maybe even worse as he says using his wired mouse because the piece of shit wireless Corsair won't connect AND the DPI is all over the place .
This piece of shite is going on Gumtree and I am sticking with the wired mouse.

Shame as the hardware seems fine but the software support finishes when it's released .

I'm tempted to buy another mouse despite having more than a 1:1 mouse to computer ratio right now... I think I have a problem.

That said I might have to see if I can touch one of these to see if it feel any better than my current Microsoft bluetooth mouse that lives in my laptop bag...

Really though, I'm just fighting the temptation to buy another Logitech MX Master, I've got the OG and the 2S but miss them dearly when I'm on the road with the laptop and am using the Microsoft one. I miss that scroll wheel.

I'm also eyeing of the MX Keys, although I really want to touch it before I buy one. I love my K750 I use in the office, but would love some backlights in a similar feel at home.

Long ago. My OG G5 only died a few months ago, but for a long long time every peripheral has always been Logitech ;) (Well except that one Microsoft mouse that goes with a Microsoft Surface).

    I've made some changes.

    - "Upgraded" from the G903 to the G Pro (wired). My G903 started developing the occasional double left-click issue. I've also put aside its charging pad, for a desk-length mousepad (400mmx900mm). It is Thermaltake, but it's all EB had when I got the mouse. I have been performing double-click detection tests on the G903. The issue didn't really happen, even while I did a whole stint of 500 clicks in 1 sitting. The double-clicking has otherwise been happening at some really inconvenient times, and those moments were enough to want to move on from it. It still works well otherwise, as does its charging pad (no issues).
    - I acquired the G815 linear key keyboard, "upgrading" from the Cougar Vantar.
    - Consequently, because of the keyboard, I've been forced to move on from LGS to G Hub.

I did this move a couple of years ago and haven't looked back. Love the mat covering the KB and mouse, and with the rubber under-lining nothing moves anywhere.

Could put some new Kalih switches in it, I did it to my G Pro wireless and the double click hasn't happened since (it does with the MMB thou, so am changing that too...).
The hardest part is de-soldering the original Omron switches.

I've had basically zero issues with LGS (thou I don't use Macros or integrations etc) so I don't know what all the hate is about.

I mean I had to go to G Hub.

G Hub has been notorious for failing to detect hardware, and lots of other issues regarding performance and responsiveness. When I picked up the G533, G Hub wouldn't register it at all. I went back to LGS, which worked, although still a bit iffy on how it would detect it.

Basically, as far as stories I've heard about G Hub are concerned, people say it shouldn't have left QA testing.

For me, now, so far so good.

G-hub just decides whenever it want to not detect my gear for days at a time. Also, despite changing light sync settings to stay static on in all applications it'll pic random colours during different games no matter the setting i have it on. the Logitech gear itself is great but the software is horrible. and when you complain to Logitech their go-to is to just send you a brand new replacement hardware despite it being software issues.

I have read about this, and although mine is out of warranty now, I didn't want to have to fuss with that. It was otherwise opportunity for me to go back to wired... that and the G903 is a bit of a dust magnet. It's so "open" and seems "exposed", otherwise it's a good mouse.

I only bought it on a bit of a whim because JB did a 30%(ish) off special with the charging pad, otherwise it was out of my budget.

I have a G903 with a double click issue in right side button, thinking of getting the newer Kailh GM 2.0 TEAL switch vs Kailh GM 4.0

The Kailh GM 2.0 Teal micro switch is a brand new release from Kailh and already a favorite within the mouse modification community. Described as a snappy, lighter click than the GM 4.0 Red and with less actuation distance than 20M Omrons.
    • Operation force: 65+/-15gf with releasing force of 20gf(min)
    • snappy and lighter than the GM 4.0 Red switch
    • without gold plating so quieter than normal
    • life: 20 million Clicks
