    Hi everyone,

I am currently working on a side project of mine and keep running in to walls with my knowledge / google and I was hoping to connect with someone with some experience who is willing to answer some questions and point me in the right direction.

I'm building a fairly simple web app on JQuery Mobile with a PHP/SQLite backend and wanting to integrate Google OAuth and YOLO, but can't find any good tutorials, and those that I do find don't seem to consider security.

    Thanks,
    Andrew

Thanks for the info Gumby, I'll have a read of those ASAP - specifically the phppot one looks great. I think that the AWS / Laravel stuff might be a bit too much to learn for a personal passion project, not something I can monetise. That's also why I would rather use my shared hosting than pay for something else.

Laravel is free, and already been doing things the right way for years and makes it easier to get things done. IMO
