thanks caspian never knew rocksmith existed, will grab it for ps4 when i can.
Make sure you get the lead with the rocksmith package. Otherwise you'll have to buy it separately and it works out much more expensive. You wont need the package with a "rocksmith guitar", since you have a real one.
Anyone had much experience buying guitars online? I've always been of the understanding you should always play before you buy, but there is not much stock locally. I'm ready to finally buy one of my dream guitars and the idea of trusting a shipping company with a guitar makes me very nervous. Looking at a prestige Ibanez
should be fine
Are there any bigger music stores near-ish? The amount you shell out on shipping might be better spent on petrol traveling to a store. You get to play it, and maybe they'll set it up for you?
I'm thinking I might just have to get my local store to order something in.
I like to support local, it's a great little shop, but a big price premium compared to the big shops.
Seems hard to get anything at the moment, every store online has most stuff on backorder.
Now I'm tossing up between the RG550 Genesis and the RG652AHMFX
I recently got my dream guitar RG550 reissue (2019) & I fucking love it!
There’s dream guitars & then there’s dream guitars that you don’t need to sell a kidney for!
I went to my local music store & said: “I want this one please!”
It took a while for them to get it in, mainly cause there was only one Ruby Red one in the country but they found it & it’s mine now...
But seriously, bang for buck, they are amazing...
Edit: sorry for the shit photo
how are new guitar riffs created i wonder?
