Hi all, Took the cooler off my GPU, had an aftermarket one on for the last year. Looking at gifting this to my little brother now that I have an upgrade, but I want to put the stock cooler back on. After moving places, I've found the stock cooler... but I've lost the damn tiny screws! Any idea if these are a standard size and if I can pickup a few of them somewhere? GPU is a Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1070 Mini ITX OC, 8GB Thanks in advance!
Measure diameter of hole and that would be width of screw if diameter is 1mm then look for m1 screw if its 1.4mm then M1.4, if 2mm then M2. You will also see things like M1x3.6 this means 1mm in diameter and 3.6mm in length. You could buy a set such as this a M1 to M1.6 set. If it larger then get a M2 set ..etc Not sure what the gigabyte uses the most common used for PCs are M3 and M2 of various lengths.
