Lpatop keyboard sending keypresses

Hi I have a Gigabyte X7-1070-601S 17.3" Intel i7 GTX1070 Gaming Laptop, about 16 months old and it appears to be sending esc and other keys at randoms times. Ill be browsing and it will start spamming stop so I cant browse. Or i will try to use a menu and it will isntantly exit out of the menu.

Any tips on how to fix or a tool to help me better diagnose this?

Try uninstalling and re-installing in device manager. If it keeps doing it try out a ubuntu live disc or even see if it does it in the BIOS. If it does it in these more then likely a hardware issue, if not try a re-install of windows.

 

Hmm ive tried quite a few drivers, feels like a hardware issue will try ubuntu usb disk thanks for idea

Have you tried a USB keyboard for arguments sake?

Either the KB could be sticky or the AORUS RGB Fusion Keyboard: Per-Key RGB Backlight driver could be playing up.

Is BIOS and all other drivers up to date?
What ver of Win10 are you running via Winver?

 

anything spilt on it recently? tried external keyboard? new keyboard time
