You know that it won't be delivered on time and eventually moved to ps4..
All consoles have stupid names:
Gamecube - A cube that plays games
Xbox - A box with an X on it
Wii - nuff said
Playstation - a station you can play at
Only Sega made exciting names
Megadrive or Genesis (2 awesome names - 1 awesome console)
current naming conventions are built around brand awareness of the device not the company it would seem (ie MS is secondary to xbox sony is secondary to ps and ninty is secondary to the Wii brand).
xbox was called xbox due to its use of directx and then they just kinda ran with it...
i get your point... but it makes no sense to call this the xbox one... it just creates confusion
Just like Apples New iPad!.......4th iPad.....
Kind of like Apple did with the iPad 3 aka the "new iPad"
Ebgames's website crashed, too many pre orders?
Nah, they went out of business because they cant sell used games anymore
Did they have a stream? I'm pretty sure they did, maybe that caused it...
The one part will be dropped, people will just say xbox/ps4 and wii down the track I reckon.
Have a quick look inside the xbox-one
WOW .. the inside shore it lackluster! and is it just me or arse those "NON-Solid Capacitors" ?? .. in 2013 were even $45 motherboards come will fully solid Caps they went cheap with the Xbox motherboard LOL Shame on your MS
PS4 is going to obliterate this thing.
Sega did have the best names. Nintendo didnt even think about names. I say bring back sega.
Not sure about the stream. I was actually trying to preorder a ps4 and it went down half way.
Super Nintendo....thats a normal Nintendo....but SUPER!!!
Best. Name. Evar!
Now your playing with Super Power!
That name was awesome, 64 was pretty cool too.
N64 was code named "Nintendo Ultra Sixtyfour"
the n64 was only called that because everyone was nuts about "bits" in consoles back then... ZOMG 64BITS!... what are bits? no one knows or cares but if you have more then it MUST be better....
ah simpler times...
N64 was an awesome console name.
Although the codename for the Gamecube was better.
Wasn't the revolution the Wii? and the Gamecube the Dolphin?
I miss that, and when you got a SNES Cart like some of the latter ones which were 32bit compared to say 8bit earlier ones, which also cost more as a result too... good times!
correct the gamecube was dolphin... which is where the emulator got its name
.....fuck thats right.
Better than the Wii
Holy crap what a horrid name
