Need a PSD filing/database solution

    Hi

    I have a bunch of PSD's, which I file in folders. But for each PSD/JPG I would like to write some searchable notes.

    From the database I would like to make A4 PDF's with selected images 6-8 to a page with the notes underneath each picture.

    The database cloud or local, would have to be able to easily backup to another location.

    Hopefully my requests are understandable
