    Wouldn't this be more useful for a motorbike?

    Cars are pretty stable anyway, as a result of having four wheels (or three for certain designs). Motorbikes are obviously prone to falling over. Since the electrical system is physically connected to the rest of the bike, making that stable should also make the bike stable.
