Yes, a sapphire branded reference HD 7990.

Top 100 Max Threads as of this post ranges from 5166 to 5496 for the Ryzen 5 3600.

Since posting that, i tried a couple of things and since then NO random reboots.

    What did I do?

    - Uninstalled AMD Ryzen Master
    - Changed PBO Scalar from AUTO to 4x (Options are from 1x to 10x)

I personally think its the Ryzen Master software, however I dont want to touch the Scalar settings as its all running good... even for science, lol.

Peak scores increased slightly, 16 core test improved and my somewhat odd 2 core temps drops from ~72 to ~68 degrees peak.

    Max 11161
    16 threads 9721
    8 threads 6982
    4 threads 3759
    2 threads 1944
    1 thread 994

Edit: spoke too soon, couple of crashes since #tears lol

Yep, looks like GPU does nothing in this test. I think RAM tuning should make quite a difference though, so given that's your stock, your scores are gonna start ramping up pretty quick I'd imagine.

I guess yeah it's too easy that I filtered to same CPU. For RKL I should be including 11900K given they are same #core/cache configuration to see just how much I am left in the dust by OC'd 11900K. After all, most people wouldn't buy a 11700K for OC'ing/benching.

And if I do that, it doesn't look as impressive. Still, in Leaderboard mode vs 11900K, I'd still be #26 which isn't too bad haha...

2nd go. I will not put my score there

If you are indeed all core 53x then I am 400 up
    You have pm

Haha, no chance of my 11700K being 5.3 all-core. But I like to tune my Turboboost/EIST/C-States to behave like stock, but have that extra performance on-tap.

But yeah, 5.3(2C)/5.2(4C)/5.1(8C), no AVX offset, is my current setup. So really it's 5.1ghz all-core, which is where my scores line up.

I looked at this benchmark I think all up 20 min

You say deficit. Not what I know. Some ideas already sure good tuning. Tweaks I think I can boost you 200 without mem tune

    This part!
So 5ghz is OK vcore? Then we start. Want a gold cup?

CTR seemed to perform the same or slower than stock.
Here is curved vs +100 vs stock.

So nice cold morning to give it a run curved and while 3dmark shows it running a solid 4850MHz across all tests the effective clocks tell a different story and suggests the cores are actually averaging ~3080-4600 with most cores under 4GHz.
May try a fixed OC and see if this is accurate or not.
    3dmark curved.jpg
Edit: Looks much the same with a 4850MHz all core OC using 1.375v and then 1.3v as it does curved.

Left stability behind and pushed for the max curve with +200 which was
    C0 +22 Best cores
    C1 +16
    C2-6 +30
    C7 +20 Best cores
    Result was 4900-5050MHz.

Those 5900X are scoring nicely in the 8 thread test. What clock speed are they hitting in it? My CPU is mostly 5050MHz but it does dip below 5000 a few times with a bottom of 4950MHz
