Looks nice, it reminds me of the N97 :D Just with sharper lines and no tilt screen.

It is a sexy sexy phone, but likely to be almighty expensive seeing its 500Euro pricetag, conversion plus Australia tax will make it scary..

Looks interesting, really need a new phone, battery in N95 is dying, N97 is a skip for me though I'd love a full touch screen (smart phone) without the qwerty.

Just stumbled on this yesterday. Looks promising, nice clean U.I. I wonder how the N97 users feel about this...

Nokia users should be used to the fact that Nokia release new models every few months.

The first Nokia ever that I would consider buying, looks pretty sweet.

So why choose *nix over Symbian this time around?

It'll be nice if it doesn't lag as much as the last 2 Nokia N-Series phones.

Thats because this one is about 18 months in the making and is the next in the nokia internet tablet range after the N810 (not a phone).

Not in this range ... the N810 is the previous model in its line and that was released 2 years ago.

Could start getting pricy when released in Aus..

That looks interesting, but still needs some work.

Well I meant their general N series phones, to be honest I totally missed the N810.

If this is not a phone then what's it doing in the Mobile Phones forum? Maybe this should be moved to the Portable Computing forum.

The keyboard on this thing looks very similar to the E75's if i'm not mistaken. I wonder which qwerty keyboard people prefer, this style or the one on the N97. My thoughts are that this style with the buttons butted up against each other could lead to mistaken presses. Also, visual the buttons look stiffer than those of the N97. But it's possible this style could be used with all fingers like a standard qwerty, rather than the N97's requiring thumb press entry.

What's the deal with the Linux OS, is it a mobile version, or is it the same as for the little netbooks, or what?
