I like the new 7.1, though at $499 it's $100 over priced AU taxed, oh hum, have to wait for when it's going for $399 on special and then maybe...

Any love for the 8 or 8 Sirocco? The Android One had me interested, but no body headphone jack!

Nokia 8 has a headphone jack.

I'm not a heavy user but the 8 has been fantastic IMO. Does everything i need it too :)

Not Android One though, yeah? I love my LG V20, but the phone had never received a software update! Sick and tired of waiting for slow software. Thought Android One might be the answer...

Not Android One as far as i'm led to believe but updates do come quick from Nokia.

I dont use the camera much but the ones i have taken seem pretty decent.

    So, 6.1 case...
Nokia will not be warranting the phone.
guess they have just lost a supporter.

I was looking forward to the new 6.1+ or the 8.

Time to find a new phone manufacturer.

Can you take some photos of it? I forgot to and don't have it anymore.

I am thinking this is a design flaw. I'm 99% certain I didn't cause it.
I'm just looking for a log now of all people that have had that issue, can find one. so maybe we start one?
and when we get enough talk to nokia. maybe Aus consumer law

Well after many, many drops I've finally managed to crack my Nokia 6 screen. I'm so annoyed not because I cracked it, but because of the unepicness of the drop. I've had it fall onto tiles and concrete from 4ft plus and only receive little dings in the edge. But the fall that did it was about 30cm out of my pocket onto the concrete from a camp chair. Anyway the crack is hard to see when looking at straight on, only intrusive from an angle so it's not dead yet.

That's sucks. Shit like that makes you want to go Apple.

Don't give up hope tho, the Nokia 8 is the best Nokia I've ever used... bluetooth streaming issues aside.

That sucks mate. Seems like they're not quite there yet with the quality. Maybe a few more generations & they'll have it sorted out.

I dunno, if you want banana resistance and all drop crack resistance you're better off with one of those all plastic MI things. Is that quality?

Bought another 7+, while my first goes for repair.
Nothing else at the $460 price point as feature rich as this.

Dual Sim is also essential for me

I can't stand Samsung bloat and lack of updates.
Neither do I have time for flashing etc

I haven't let my 6.1 update in months, and it appears though now that next time I reboot it, I'll be forcibly updated to 9 Pie.

    Hopefully nothing breaks !
