I'm going to be over there for a few days and would love to hunt down an older DDR (1st to 7th mix) machine to play on for nostalgias sake.

Do any of you guys know where I may find one?

Do you want a complete box? or components? I'm asking as i don't have the former, but a whole scattering of the latter. I'm sure a lot of others are in a similar position as well.

Dude, 6-4 years ago is not nostalgia. :D

I'm with mike, I have components, just not put together in a system. In the cupboard is my old 939 2.2ghz athlon with 2gb ddr memory, and somewhere else is the 6600gt pcie video card I had in it.

For the technology it has, pcie and sata, a modern system will do.

I assume with the mention of '1st-7th mix', the OP is asking about Dance Dance Revolution and not Double Data Rate memory. ;)

Sorry but I've no idea where you could find one.

I'm pretty sure most machines are now SN or DDR X or ITG; DDR Extreme 8th's probably the "oldest" mix you'll find around.

    Dance Dance Revolution.....

Jesus this suddenly makes a hell of a lot more sense. Hint to the OP: Think about acronyms and if the majority of people your talking about/to will have a frigging clue about what your talking about.

The best place i can think of is the arcade in the city near the Cinema on George Street, though a disclaimer, i haven't stumbled drunk/walked/driven/taken the bus past there in about 12 months and have no idea of if it even still exists or if it does, if the games are still there or not.
