    Yes but it is the merchant's responsibility to collect it and it is then ABF's responsibility to check it before you get it. Either way you are clear.
    Nvidia disallows pre-orders because then they can use these pre-orders as orders ;).

    It will be too late for that now. I think that such things need to be approved, in advance, by Agg. Haven't seen one for a while but I remember that being the case.

    x080 cards get more.expensive every year. maybe time to dips the toes in overseas purchase!
