I am one of the people with a pre-order for that card at Umart (Made on 07/10), and was on the phone to them while it was showing as in stock asking if I can get one of those in-stock cards assigned to my order. I was told they are all already allocated and more stock is at least 2 weeks away. If they send out cards before the pre-order queue I am going to be mightily miffed.

I had pre ordered from 17/9 at PLE but couldn't wait any longer, had orders from PCCG go from in stock to pre-order and many other false positives on stock from places, so I was tired of waiting or being disappointed. Then just like that on Friday the links for the Galax cards go up and I got it shipped 2 hours after ordering. Glad I can finally delete all my bookmarks.

Had my first quick play around with tweaking the card this morning. This is my first time making graphs so apologies if the data is presented in a confusing/rubbish way.

Basically the undervolted settings save 70w over the default boost clocks, performs better, and runs 4c cooler with 10% less fan speed.

The card is limited to 350w and with an overclock sees an avg fps boost of 5-6fps over the undervolt settings for an additional 80w power draw.

Ambient temp in my room is approx 24c currently.

similar performance to my 2080ti strix oc when they are set to similar PL's
ampere slightly ahead with the faster memory.

Comparing Superposition, something seems off. This is my non OC model with a lower power limit, while manually overclocked and case side panel closed, so its not optimal cooling.

I seriously had about $4,500 budgeted for the grand final weekend, now, it's just sitting there being unused. It's either a complete new build, with an RTX 3090 or one hell of a bender to down my sorrows.

Really tempted by the latter though.

Anyone here running an Aorus 3080 Xtreme or seen any reviews on one? Could possibly secure one by Monday but damnnn at 1800 they're pricey. Thoughts?

Your max temp is 62c so I would say that is optimal enough :p

Ryzen cpu, gsync enabled, background programs running, benchmarks running back to back, and I don't have a native 4k panel so I used dsr to run at that res which may have a performance hit as well. Few variables, but I might look into a driver clean etc to make sure all is well. I wasn't too concerned about the numbers by themselves, just the comparison.

My OC score was 15171 so it's not too far off yours.

Only one person here had one and he is selling or sold it on the forums already, he didn’t do any bench marking, may I ask where you can get one?

Yeah non native res does have an impact. Thats probably most of the fps difference.

Just passing on some info from Evatech regarding the iGame Neptune cards. I'm pretty keen to get an AIO card at this stage.

I hope Colorful would fix the issues they had last generation where the tubes were too short, hopefully Coolermaster is still the OEM for their liquid cooling cards :p

Buildzoids review of the TUF PCB - pretty good board design and components.

Pushed my undervolt to 1920 core with the same 850mv power.

Still stable, pushing almost to 16k time spy and think I will eventually get a higher score than my stock result.
