There not stolen if they fell off the back of a truck!
Someone should tweet these gumtree sales to Asus Australia - I'm sure they're not pleased with people skimming imported cards out of the distribution chain and selling them without approval or warrantee.
You should straight up ask him who his supplier is and if the cards are stolen. Make them squirm.
Guarantee the answer will be the same as the reciept question.
"No supplier! Only crab kalosh! you put in pc and make sure work, then you BUY you BUY!."
I laughed at this way harder then I should have!
For those of you discussing CPL a few pages back I have purchased one or two things from them in the past had no issues was going to get the strix 3090 OC from them at 3099 until I saw their reviews on product review average of 1.9 stars turned me right off using them again.
Sent me the contact. I’ll ask that.
Isn't this MSY's slogan?
Funnily enough, I know MSY cops a lot of stick but I haven’t had an issue with them. Even with a dodgy graphics card return where it was an intermittent issue I couldn’t replicate in the store, they still took the card and sent it for warranty and it was replaced. I know I’m only a sample size of one, but no issues here.
Shots fired! Shots fired!
I thought of asking, but really no point as if probably get into an argument...
It really depends who you dealt with and what store, like I said in a previous post, there was a guy who worked at the Brooklyn store before he left and the store closed that was fantastic to deal with, but I have delt with others who weren’t as good
I'm stuck with NVIDIA unless I move on my x34p which doesn't really seem like a smart move.
Wish they could firmware update monitors for AMD VRR support, not sure if the hardware is different though.
what’s the wow? no surprise Chinese retailers have no stock when the rest of the world have no stock either.
Disagree. Probably the smartest move you could make. Get money for it while you still can.
Vendor lock-ins are never a good idea, particularly when there are viable alternatives.
wouldn't be a bad time to sell tbh. go either way
i bought the Dell 32" 165hz 1440p Monitor, as it was Freesync Pro 2, but also GSync compatible works great (was some teething and tweeking, but all sorted now). not locked to nvidia or amd.
But TBH gsync/freesync isnt something i have used much, even with a 1080ti i get enough FPS in the games i play where it isnt an issue.
still yet to try a 3080 with this panel, have been quite the lazy tbh.
the colorful 3080 is expected next week, that will be paired with the dell and 3700x system, so happy days.
But worried my Ultra won't work with 750w thats some serious power draw at 400w
My ultra worked on my 750W power supply but my overclocking stability improved when I upgraded to 1000W
It will work just fine if you don't push the card to 400w+. The sweetspot seems around 270-330 unless you want to push every frame out of it.
If you were wondering "does a 3080 STRIX fit into a Define Mini C?"
Yes... Yes it does... Just...
Time to put the side back on and never see this honking big card and it's pretty rgb, lol
