Just checked, around 80fps on default ultra setting @1440p but GPU usage is sitting at 90%. At Ultra turning on RTX - Ultra and DLSS - Quality settings drops that around 60-65 outdoors, 8.2GB memory usage

Pulled it down or sold :( what was he trying to sell it for?
Dang you got a 3080 FE? How many people on the forums secured one? Would have loved one of those

Seen a couple of cards show in stock at PLE this morning (3090 with a blower for $3k lol and a ZOTAC 3090 Trinity I think) not sure if it's a mistake or maybe people cancelling orders for the AMD cards, hopefully helps my wait time on the eVGA 3090 XC3 but not holding my breath

Lol, I think he missed the boat didn't he since a lot of places are getting stock now?

Still, what a total wank stain.

    $4500

He reckons he sold it straight away for asking price, unsure if true or not. It's really sad if he did in fact make 1500 bucks off of a 3090 like that, especially after AMD's announcement today.

If he sold it, then good on him. But fuck that. Shit doesn't make sense to me why anyone would spend that much on an RTX 3090 lol

Solidifies my armchair theory that people with money somehow seem to be morons at the same time, a real juxtaposition... but here we are.

Nah, his name was Balon, his parents hated him from birth clearly.

I'd say it sold, no real other reason to pull it down really. Not to say he got that much for it but probably did pretty well out of it.

I reckon he is full of shit and either took it down or took the first half decent offer after people like yourselves messaged him ripping a new one. I can't fathom somebody spending 4.5k on a 3090 and have seen 3080s no longer selling around the 2k mark online now (strix aside). The nvidia hype train has arrived at its last stop.

Remember when people were praying to win a raffle for a chance to BUY a 3080 :leet:

    Those were the days

I'm seriously thinking of selling my Acer XB271HU and snapping up a Dell S2721DGF next time they're on sale so I'm not locked in to one ecosystem. It'll probably come on sale again before I can actually get my hands on a card.

A word of warning, I ordered one a long time ago and still don't have an eta. I'll contact them by tomorrow as they were "trying" to fix my issue as of Monday. I'll wait for those 3 or 4 days they said they'll update me on the situation. Still, the price I paid for it is incredible. Just another issue not helped by the 'rona affected supply issue imho.
