874 something. I changed a week ago though so it's irrelevant.

I still grin a little when I see the price.

The eVGA FTW3 Ultra retail price is $810 USD, adding average state sales tax is about $868 USD, or $1233 AUD. We're somehow only paying $26 AUD in "Aussie Tax", it's literally unbelievable and why there is no way I'm cancelling my order.

At face value, that is what it appears to be. There are certainly use cases in favour of both vendors but for Average Joe, this is the case.

We need independent assessment of the footage before making that final determination.

Well my rtx 3080 just arrived, Colorful Vulcan in all its glory . Default lighting effect is just breathing red like old Rog Strix cards.

You got the Artic freezer 2. I wanted that originally but couldn't find anyone who had it so I got the EK 360 aio instead.

Agreed; the price has been what has kept the wait tolerable. Let's face it, we are getting a lot of card for the money in comparison to some of the crazy pricing out there

Same here. If it was 1400+ I woulda canned my preorder weeks ago with all the delays. But $1250 is sharpppppp for a mid to high range card in terms of features and cooling.

Let's do some Sherlock shit here boys.

d1ng0d4n You got yours today with order 8702xx, so presumably most people just above your order number are the starting of the FTW3 Ultra queue.
JHavoc You have an eta, so we need to know what square you are in the queue to make this work.
vitagen You're 8712xx and second from the front (I assume you mean the second square), and I'm 8726xx and fourth from the front.

This is rough without more data points, and we have to note that not all orders will be for the 3080, let alone for this exact model.... but it IS the most popular model, and we know all our orders took place in about 8 hours of release.
    So here goes:

    872600 (Block 4) - 870200 (Block 0) = 2400 = 600 orders per block
    871200 (Block 2) - 870200 (Block 0) = 1000 = 500 orders per block

According to the whirlpool tracker, of the 388 record PLE orders, 148 (38.14%) are for the FTW3 Ultra.

So, averaging our massive three data points and adjusting for Whirlpool's highly representative completely optionally elective tracker (550 x 38.14%)....

... there are exactly1 209.79 eVGA 3080 FTW3 Ultra card orders per block.

1: It's more of a Trump style exactly. So not exactly at all. Probably exactly the opposite of exactly. And likely illegal.

I'm 8707xx but what are these "squares" you speak of? I see nothing on my end

RTX3070 prices starting to lurk... $980 Eagle @ CCPU | $1052 Asus DUAL @ EYO, results of staticice

Honestly a bit disappointing if these indicators are true, as the decent cards may be over $1k which is heading into RTX3080 territory..

Me and vitagen in the same block (2nd) and same sequence 8712XX

Heslo - click Edit order or something, it'll take you to another page but be careful not to click anything else in there in case you change your order without meaning to.

So I wonder if that means when you have an eta you don't show in the queue?

    What order number are you?
