MSI Suprim X, only released on Friday, someone here posted that it was in stock, i got one of 4 only at PCCG and it's here now.
Shame people are still waiting for 3080s from October, but heck new release, click fast.

It's spose to be the Strix killer or the best one around, i don't know, it certainly looks the best by far, but doesn't bench any wow factors over other ones.
The brushed metal and RGB logo on the backplate are awesome, also the wicked river of RGB down the side.

2100mhz core and +100mhz memory. Stable as, could try higher.
Did pretty well in Timespy graphics score (18 646), Unigine was not the best overall score cause my CPU is 5600x so only 6 core. (23k). I did 1080p medium as that's what everyone does, i got 15k score in 4k which is alright.

That's why I asked if the TV can do audio pass through to the amp. Surely you'd just go [HDMI2.1 Device] ----> [LG CX] ----> [Amp]

Glad to hear you're liking it! I've got an ASUS PG348Q, and been eyeing the Acer X38P for a while. I was going to pull the trigger on one, until I heard about the Alienware AW3821DW, which is meant to be cheaper (I think it's meant to be $2,249 AUD), and superior in most specs, other than refresh rate (144mhz), it's got G-sync ultimate, and is available to order is Australia this week! Thinking about pulling the trigger, even if I haven't got a 3080 yet :-(. Think I might hold out for the rumored 3080Ti.

From what I've seen, 38" Ultra-Wide is probably the perfect screen size. I can't imagine wanting any larger.

Block that baby, the heat coming off this thing is next level. The glass side panel is too hot to touch above the card. Cool below.

Does anyone know who Escapee is on the Hall of Fame? His Port Royal score is fantastic, wondered if they are a member here.

get some rubber, fibre or plastic washers for the backplate screws. Could assist with dampening

I'm sick of waiting so gonna see how this Inno3d one goes. If it's god awful (the aesthetics and temps etc) I can always sell next year when stock sorts it shit out.

Also have this terrible feeling that 6800XT prices will be just as ridiculous around the $1300-1500 so.... yeah.

    Sorry!
