NVidia 460.89 driver out, made things a tad smoother in cyberpunk.
I got it yesterday and tried it. didnt notice any FPS increase but I suppose is bit more stable. i struggle to get into the game though. the design and missions etc are cool, but the NPCs out in the world...holy shit are they bad. and i dont mean just graphically. i took a clip yesterday of an NPC firefight that honestly looked like sprites from a mid 90's shooter
I'm just going to say I'm enjoying it visually
... yes, well...
My barrow RTX3080 waterblock just arrived after 6 weeks.
2235 core 50 ish c with the waterforce aio 3080! (a youtube guys results)
Got a link? Curious to see if that's with a hard mod or just the 2x8pin max power of ~375W
GN takes a good look at DLSS in cyberpunk, and takes some bribes
Anyone with a 3090 Strix OC using a modified bios?
I hear there is a 500-550w bios out there? Im under water and pretty keen to try it as this card is an absolute beast!
Still haven’t got my card, looks like Auspost have lost it when returning it to PLE, no updates since the 2nd of December. PLE aren’t doing anything about it until Auspost either return the card or tell them it’s officially lost so I could be waiting much longer at this rate.
I had Strix 3090 on water with Kingpin bios which was around 520W bios. It gave me extra boost clock.
But my strix had so much coil whine which made me crazy. So had to sold it. Waiting fro FTW3 Hybrid from Scroptec.
that really sucks dude, sorry to hear. Auspost can be really shit, but PLE making it harder doesnt help
Recently Auspost lost some parcel during transit. Mine got lost as well which was waterblock. Had to wait around 4 weeks to get refund from PCCASEGEAR
I have told PCCASEGEAR about case number that received from Auspost but they refuse my case number. Since they are business customer or something they had other way to solve it. But it took 4 week ^^;;; Nice job on PCCASEGEAR
Absolute garbage decision
e-tail is such a joke in this country
So you werent running into any power limit issues? Id assume you would easily hit power limit at 450W?
There was no power limit issues. I was using under water at 100+ / 1000+ OC. Boost clock was stable at 2070 on LG OLED C9 4K resolution. I could go over 2100 stable boost clock but I sold the card.
My card is currently happy to boost to about 2140mhz core on stock bios on air. The block is sitting on my bench ready to install, just waiting for backplate delivery next week.
Haha yeah a mate linked that. He is apparently a pretty avid *gamer (autocorrect)
