For as long as I can remember, I swear I had a colorful card back in the geforce 3~ days, there were way more diverse brands when there were those computer fairs around, I wish the boxes had the CGI characters still on them

The 30 series colorful cards are pretty solid, mine was let down by poor QC (since fixed) but I suspect that was an anomaly as every other teardown or review is largely positive.

I hope they do a Kudan 3090, the 2080ti was bonkers, the flight case, so unnecessary but so awesome!

Current price doesn't mean previous price wasn't a rip off :)

New 3080's and 3070's will be nerfed with ETH nerf. Tom's Hardware report from yesterday.

It means the current cards values just increased again.

Indeed haha, I totally flip my mining capable 3080 for an "inferior" 3080+cash.

The nerfed cards better be priced at the RRP of a 3080 or 3070 at launch, else what is the point.

They aren't replacing the entire 30xx skus with mine nerf cards so the impacts on demand/supply will be minimal.

Only way the prices are coming down anytime soon if is they stop making 30xx cards when they bring out the TI versions with nerfs.

3080 and 3070 are both getting die updates that bring the same low hashrate changes.
