I've been lucky I suppose, never had to ship anything back to Amazon. I'm not exactly going budget with new build but I'm not going Titan X SLI either LOL

Call me crazy, but I just like the appearance (plus, the blower fan exhausting the hot air out of the case is also nice).

I just used their live chat. The whole conversation was a case of lost in translation. I was trying to enquire about the delay associated with them shipping it from their warehouse, and he thought I was talking about the delivery times. Just as I was about to get frustrated... well, you know the rest.

    :)

re: Titan X... I don't know. As well as it performs, is it much to ask for an AIO version to address the fan noise issue (some reviews say its the loudest of the Pascal series)? If there will be no AIO version of this titan x, here's hoping for a 1080ti with such a feature :D

Ive had the Titan X in cart and all details filled while hovvering over submit. 3 times now, i literally cant do it.

The fact its going to be worth half the price in a year is killing it for me. I'd be happy to lose 50% if it was ~$1,500 total.

I don't consider resale when buying shit like this. It's clearly not an investment, it's a consumable entertainment device.

If you can afford it just buy it lol, the key with resale is to sell it while its still worth something.

No crack pipe, just happy to pay extra for something that isnt as loud (have you seen the acoustics performance of this thing?!). Also may get a little more out of the OC as a bonus :p The MSI 1080 AIO has had amazing OC and cooling results

he was being sarcastic :) NV are long overdue for a reference cooler upgrade for the hot high end GPUs.

ditto AMD. Their unacceptable coolers. And the backplates on the 10xx are absolutely appalling. Split into two plastic POS. The 1070/80/Titan X should have custom reference coolers with premium shrouds with no plastic garbage. NV should have looked at EVGA Hybrid designs for the reference cooler with a better internal pipe structure.

This design is far better looking imo.

Reference coolers have always been like that though, remember the 7970 ones....

    The FTW hybrid looks awesome.

Pulled the trigger on a brand new Acer XB271HU last night, will be a big step up from my 2011 Dell U2412M 60z 1920x1200 display hahaha

Having never owned a high refresh rate screen this will be awesome, I used one briefly the other week and I was instantly sold!
