    Well..
    GTX1080ti installed :)
    No issues so far.

    ok..
With RoTTR benchmark i'll give 2 youtube videos..
In the first video around the 1:40 mark you can see some objects popping in.. this is what mine looks like..
    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CSIrVsXtMY8

In the second video it doesn't happen..
    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3gLTd0XECGQ

Any ideas why it would be happening to me?

And i don't seem to be able to enable DSR.. it's enabled in drivers, but i can't select higher res in games..(like RotTR)

Just joined the club and ordered a new rig including a Gigabyte Windforce 1070. Keen to try it out.

Lovely card. I got one as well. I believe this one was released a repalcement for the Armor OC model which had heat issues because it was using a GTX1070 cooler for the GTX1080Ti GPU.

the 2xxx pascal refresh cards should be here early 2018, sounds like some good improvements since the 2080ti is just going to be a Titan Xp

the new volta die is quite large...pretty sure it will be hotter than current pascal...but pascal are pretty damn good with their temps anyway.

    ....crazy

Surely it must be 3.2 sq inch, not 32.

3.2 sq inch would mean, if the chip is a square, 1.79" per side. 32 sq inch would mean a 5.65" per side chip. I'm with you

Thats 45.4mm in real language, for the 3.2 sq inch chip..

So how are people finding is the best way to buy gfx cards cheapest at the moment?

Is it cheaper to go through stores directly like PCCG or Scorptec or do I go and import from the US? Amazon prices are good but it seems like they're only for prime members.

I'm trying to figure out whether to wait for the 1070Ti or just go for the 1070 now. In truth I don't NEED a new card yet but I'm playing ME:A and I can't get crossfire to work properly so running on one 7970 means it's not as pretty or as smooth as it could be if I bought a new card. *sigh* I hate making decisions like this these days.

newegg, but you won't save much on 1070. $595.00 + shipping vs $679.00 + shipping from PCCG. Prob. around 60$ savings, not sure if worth it. It's definitely worth it if you after 1080Ti cards.

you can get MSI Gaming X 1080Ti delivered for under $1K ($950.00 ex shipping) compared to $1200.00 from PCCG. Or EVGA (with global warranty) for under $1K as well.

If you are worried about every dollar just buy a second hand 980ti for $350-$400, making sure you have 600-650W psu.
