I've got both the M1 and the QBX, and the N1 can fit 120/240 on side, and same on bottom, tho bottom you're limited to slim fans. N1 is the better case overall though given the price differential between them that's not overly surprising.

Still desperately trying to clear stock?

I wouldn't want one, especially with cooling like that.

it will be the same price as a 1080ti currently nvidia dont have to reduce prices as AMD are a joke and the steaming pile of failure that is vega cant even touch a 1080ti let alone a 2080 lol

Nvidia also had no reason to release the 1070 Ti, but did anyway because of Vega 56.

Honestly i think it was coming regardless of if vega was good or bad it takes a lot longer than the time between vegas release to the 1070tis release to gt a card to market.( just look at vega there )-- but assuming your right(doubtful) and this was solely in response to teh vega --they did it so no one could justifiably buy a vega card. Vega is 100% fail in every aspect crush their competition soon AMD will not beable to continue to keep bleeding cash and nvidia know this.

The 1070TI is the failed 1080 silicon right, why not sell it?

i just feel that AMD have no reason to try on the gpu front anymore, inb4 they get nvidia's gddr6 and somehow make it worse when they hack it onto vega gen 2 sorry i mean "Navi" gaming edition

This isn't new. Only difference is this time NVidia is doing it officially.
Remember we used to get GS/LE and all kind of funny unofficial made up designation gfx card sold by 3rd tier manufacturers selling QC reject gpus rebranded.

I have no problem with this as long as this keeps current skewed gfx prices down and increase competition.

Well if it wasnt for the fact Raja wasnt in an engineering role, you'd be meaning to say "developed" along with Vega.

Grain of salt and all, its very belivable. The gaming and crunching cores need to diverge more formally now iF Nv are to maintain there domimance. They obviously have the budget to do so.
Perhaps this will come to light at 7nm thoug? I think well still see the 12nm gv104 Volta in the short term. Who knows with Nv though.

either way he's jumped ship before teh stink of failure of navi can combine with teh stink of vega and amke him unhirable as the super stink of failure will follow him.

the writing is clearly on the wall

-- navi is not living up to expectations or Raja would ahve stayed.

this is the death blow for RTG -- AMD will sell it off like they did with their fabs to get cash for them to stay afloat as they are bleeding cash -- fast
