    This one has me baffled

I have a NZXT X61 on a Z270F and i cannot get the CPU speed out of it in BIOS or software

I have tried the header plugged into CPU_FAN, CPU_OPT and AIO Pump

The header i am using is the 3 pin one that comes direct out of the block not the radiator/fan side

Fans should go into the cpu headers and pump should go into the pump header.

The 3 pin cable coming from the block is the pump power and control (DC) so make sure it's set to DC and not PWM in bios

So the 3 pin one from the block into CPU_OPT?

All the youtube videos had it going into CPU_FAN header :(

Will have a look at BIOS for a DC/PWN option after work

    Thanks

the cable coming from the block is for the pump, so if it lists cpu_opt as an optional pump header then yeah use that.

    hmmm

3 pin header which is for RPM goes to CPU FAN (legit no idea if it ges power from here because WHYYYY doesn't it also have sata?)

SATA powers the pump and fans

    fans tail off the pump

    USB for CAM control.
