    --OCAU 3DMark2006 Results--

    Please follow this format when posting results (otherwise i might not add your result ;)):
    3dmarks (linked to compare page on ORB) - Username - CPUTYPE @ XXXXMHz - GraphicsCardType @ CoreSpeed/MemorySpeed
    Discussion about 3dmark06 is fine, but try not to get too offtopic :)


    Important Note: Please make sure you link to the compare page rather then the page in your project manager!

    Finally Dual Core CPUs are showing some benefits in 3d environments. Pity this is only a synthetic benchmark...

    Oh wow. Just ran it.
    Test 3 looks great.

    3D mark score: 4381
    SM2.0 Score: 1988
    SM3.0 Score: 1970
    CPU Score: 1062

    4381 - Anj - AMD 3200+ @ 2698MHz - 7800GTX 256mb @ 511/1370

    Edit: 2nd run through and published score
    Edit 2: Changed Format (albeit, a little late.)

    Was getting some weird stuttering every 1-2 seconds in the first lot of graphics tests, it was smooth then skipped then smooth again. I'll try overclocking some other time when its not as hot.

    Actually if you compare the SM2 and SM3 scores of similarly clocked dual and single core there is SFA difference. In fact I'm getting higher SM2 and SM3 scores than a dual core with a faster clocked GTX.

    That was running everyday desktop processes (mirc, opera, thunderbird, samurize, etc) in the background :o

    That damn CPU test frustrates me. WHAT KIND OF CPU DO THEY EXPECT YOU TO HAVE? LoL j/k I know what its meant to do.
