Just added a new shuttle to my collection

    SB86I running with a Celeron D 3.2Ghz, 1Gb Corsair XMS3200C2, 300Gb Maxtor SATA 16Mb Cache.

Should make a nice replacement Linux box.

SN25P is still going strong as well.

Thought I'd just let you know

    I put an Opteron 165 into my SN95G5 V1 !!
Dual core, Xvid encoding at 80-90fps (at 2.2ghz)
i got it up to 2.6ghz, but it was running a bit hot, and I think I might have some power supply issues.. New power supply time.

It seems u can do quite a bit to the shuttles, but you may have to pay more for it.

I need some help sourcing a shuttle PSU, it's the only thing missing!! Anyone from Perth with any ideas, or even online for a bargain price? $130+ at nintek etc is a bit excessive to me just for the psu... :upset:

What hardware are you running? I'm sure lots of people would have a 200w shuttle psu lying around from upgrades, just ask in 'wanted to buy'. I'd offer you one I have but its from a dead shuttle so I wouldn't trust it even for a htpc.

    I am a member again :)

Used to have a Shuttle and HP D530.

Just brought another D530 as the wife's PC.

    Celeron 2.4
    256MB RAM
    40GB HDD

    Not bad for $127.50 :)

Just going to add more RAM to it and it will be all fine for what she needs.

I finally got sick of all the fan noise with my other system. It’s much quieter now. I need to update the bios to get some OC'ing happening, but all in all I'm happy with the purchase.

    Athlon64 X2 4400+
    G.Skill 2GB ZX 2-2-2-5

Too much. Purchased the shuttle from work, and used the CPU, RAM, and video card from the current system. :)

    I'm not to sure.

    My new server :)

    800Mhz CPU
    ML8000A Mini-ITX Motherboard
    512MB DDR RAM
    40GB 2.5" Hard Drive
    Morex 3677 Case & 80w PSU

Not doing a whole lot atm other than downloading torrents overnight. My PC simply gives off too much heat to leave on all the time. My room became unbearably hot in this QLD summer!
