That's good news. Would they just replace it with a 2700 paying extra?

Yeah, technically I returned it and got a 2700. It wasn't much extra so figured why not.

So I've been able to get my 1700 to 4.0ghz at 1.363v. In Prime95 it gets to 60 degrees with no crashes or errors. Is 1.363v fine for 24/7 use?
I've also been able to push my ram to 3333 using the XMP settings for 3200. So far so good!

Volts sound really good ?? I thought 1.4 was the sane limit for 24/7 ??

nice - this seems to be the info i needed.

So as I understand it, my 3600 b-die C16 G.Skill Ripjaws V Black, dont run at XMP3600 due to not optimal timings as dictated by the XMP profile.

With these more optimal timings , as dictated by this app, I should be able to manually configure the sticks , such that I may get either higher freq and or lower CAS ?
