We're winding up to the end of the year, so let's revisit our "top retro games of all time" thoughts. Last year we voted, and we got results. This year we're extending the number of games you can vote on. Here's how it works (and please, take the time to do it in this format, as it makes things way easier when adding up votes): We break the list into three eras. Within each era, you can rate games by giving them points. The more points you give it, the better the game. So a game you rank "10" is the highest in your list, "1" is the lowest. Incomplete lists are OK. No need to fill all 30 slots if you can't think of enough games or don't think they're deserving enough. Please try to put the game into the year/era of the title's first release. So even if a western localisation came out years after a Japanese original, put it under the year of the original. I'm also happy to lump games together under a banner if addons made it a "definitive edition" (for example: "Metal Gear Solid 3", versus "Metal Gear Solid 3: Subsistence", which I'd consider the same game if nominated by two different people). Copy and paste this template: Code: 2000-2008 10 points (best game): 9 points: 8 points: 7 points: 6 points: 5 points: 4 points: 3 points: 2 points: 1 point: 1990-1999 10 points (best game): 9 points: 8 points: 7 points: 6 points: 5 points: 4 points: 3 points: 2 points: 1 point: first video game ever - 1989 10 points (best game): 9 points: 8 points: 7 points: 6 points: 5 points: 4 points: 3 points: 2 points: 1 point: The thread will close at the end of the calendar year, and get tallied and collated in early 2019. You've got three months to have a good, long think about your opinion some of the best games ever made.
