Exactly, OR gain some dmg mitigation or CDR where applicable.

 

Maybe stack really high attack speed.. theses a ring where you can roll attack speed twice

 

The ones I've seen so far use huge attack speed with flying dragon and all crit dmg on gear no crit chance.

Nar I find it faster than my normal build for T6 but in GR33-34 I still finish in 6-8mins with EP/gungdo build, needed something to farm trial keys really fast for that. The damage is huge but running between mobs takes too long. I find dash to be non responsive so much it makes me fucking rage, smashing my middle mouse button over and over not moving and then getting one shot is not my idea of fun.

Levelling Gem of Ease to Level 25 - 2 hours

Getting to level 31 for HC Wizard with L70 Thunderfury with said gem before being instagibbed - 8 minutes



That's not a good return of investment in anybody's books!

 

What differculty were you playing on Keggy?

 

Instagibbed? What does that even mean?

I've used the Gem of Ease twice now and found it to be pure awesome. Combined with other legendary gems and a flawless ruby in the helm and stacking whatever +XP items I can and I've managed to get to level 64 in probably about an hour or two's worth of play. Haven't even died once and I'm levelling on T3.

One-shotted into bits, it's a term based from Quake 2 IIRC.
I find an ancient two hander with Vit and LOH is awesome for power leveling since each hit replenishes your full health and the high Vit is obvious. Base stat is nice but not preferred by me.

 

Oh, I don't play twitch games.

Definitely the Vitality is essential but the primary stat also contributes to damage and the quicker you kill things, the less time they have to kill you back.

Of course, having a Molten Wildebeast gem also helps

 

i thought it was more a Unreal/UT phrase. either way around the same time. Gib is a doom/ID software term.

 

True base stat helps but for HC I prefer Vit and LOH.
Now that I think of it Quake had gibs too.

I was levelling so fast I forgot to get level appropriate armour.

 

That's a shame mate, have to do some HC tonight.
Do some normal leveling if you want later on?

I remember "gib" from original Quake which came out before U/UT but "instagib" from Quake II mainly when using the railgun.

Finally got 2 unities to drop a few days back and a shitty phys soj just now. Failed a GR42 by a few mins, managed a 10m11s GR38 this morning before work

 

Thats what I been farming for the last few days. Have spent ~20000 shards going by the amount of lesser keys I have used up. Going start using all my trial keys up soon to level my gems up high and hopefully get my second unity.

:/ of course I realized yesterday I do not have a legendary follower token for them not to die.

 

Would have been keen but I've been commissioned for artwork. Suppose that takes priority... Maybe late tonight.

 

instagib is a mutator used in UT who cares about that silly quack game...poor mans UT

and to drag it back kicking and screaming to diablo3....none of my characters are strong enough for that unless I play girls blouse mode...and I do now and then just walking around with thorns going watching everything die
