    help with reduced level requiremants

I recently found out about the above, and I wish to start a monk what level must I reach before I can the use the above method.

Example i was a 42 wizard and I would set level to 60 and then set the level at 18 in reduced level. Can I do the same with the monk at an earlier level, if so how early, and if I can what would be the ratio

Thought u have to start at level 1 on a new char?

Reduced requirement means u can use the item eariler, like lvl60 belt with 7 reduced requirement, u can equip it at level 53 instead of waiting to go up to level 60.

Just play the game lmao. Wait until lvl55-60 to worry about optimising your character.

42-44 seems to be the level to get the best level reduced gear, just buy the cheapest good rares for each nmormal level before that, should cost 5-10k per item and you will be overpowered the whole way.

Coz they are rubbish, vendor them.

Hes asking about reduced level reqirements - I think the max is 16, so 44 would be the earliest level you can use that sort of gear.

I've had -18 lvl req. I think he's asking when you can first start getting reduced level requirements gear. A lvl 50 sword with -12 lvls or something. No idea

Unfortunately it doesn't work like that. Dual wield only adds 15% to the total attack speed (not double), so total DPS is 115% of the average of each weapon's DPS.

I feel offended today on a pub game...
A guy/girl (barb) comes in while I'm hitting elite packs (while a dh and wiz just hang around in the keep not doing anything)
Type in the chat box 'wtf are you doing in act 3 with 9k dps'
    Then he left the game

    I alt-f4 after that

Maybe I'm just dragging everyone down....
Not gonna play for a long while

    Hardcore Hell complete!

Started Inferno, checked out the first cellar and immediately ran into Arcane/Horde/Electrified/Mortar zombies. Barely got out, portaled to town and left the game :Paranoid:

9k dps? that seems hugely low tbh - though you were doing all the work to boot?

I dont bother playing multi, i hate the tards too. Still stuck in act 3 with my barb 2h

So I picked this game up over a month ago and just played it for about 6 hours total. I just don't feel interested in it, which is kinda pissing me off. I played WoW up until this year for around 3 years, and other similar games. This one just feels too much like a WoW grind and I don't even see the point going much further past where I am currently (act 2).. anyone else feel the same..?

I could be a smart ass and say please either read the thread or do a search.... but that is just so cruel

What you are feeling is quite common.... the game is basically a gear grind with the occasional exploit making it a lot of fun for a day

many people are annoyed at the lack of endgame, or variety within the game, as well as constant nerfs to things because everyone goes for it (because it is the most powerful thing)

the biggest positive ive seen in the game is that it has managed to remove a lot of gold farmers from wow because it is now allowed in d3 and they dont need to pay a monthly sub
