offline simple webpage maker

    hey i am after a simple offline webpage maker that I can make some park pages for some websites I own, any advice?

    a very basic webpage making program (in windows) is notepad.
    once you have set up the basic HTML code you can rename the file extension to .html and open the file in your preferred web browser.

    This poster speaks the truth. HTML is just a text file, and you can write it with notepad, but a proper code editor would be nicer (VSCode being very popular and free). You write/edit the html file, double click it to open in your browser, and see the results. Here's something simple to get you started;

    Alternatively if you want to edit it like a word doc, what you want is a WYSIWYG editor (What You See Is What You Get). You might even be able to do it in Word.

    Hey mate, Tagspaces Lite might be a good app for you to use here - it does a bunch of other things too, but has useful HTML and Markdown file creation workflows.
