To clear the Cinebench thread of excess unneeded traffic
From what I know you are running Gskill 3600 mems 9900KS Asus hero.
    I have Team 4500 9900KS Asus Apex X.

What I'll start you on SPI in my full bloat W10 that's been to hell and back with me testing :Paranoid:
Small or large D/L will not matter
    https://benchmate.org/

Boot defaults. XMP rams. 5GHZ 1.3v. 2 cores. Touch nothing else.

I'll start. Edit here.:Pirate: Nothing builds confidence faster than winning at something!
It's negative to be no good at something ... turn it around positive. What you can do.

I don't know about that one but I ran these benches and seemed to do a bit OK.

Paul, those are GPU benches. He is trying to show you why the low Cinebench scores by teaching you how to adapt / optimise settings on a CPU intensive CPU benchmark.

LoL I'm not annoyed one bit :D It's talk the talk OR walk the walk. I've got some overclocking mileage up now since Ivy Bridge days when I was a total noob learning.
Does not make me an expert at all either. I suck on Super PI and anything AMD ... well maybe I go OK on Socket A only because that was my favorite back in 2002.

There is a term " spoon feed " I don't like that term :( But it means Overclockers will NOT just hand over all their tweaks. Some basic stuff yes ... but you must show progress.
Show a willingness to learn. That is how you can get more tips on going faster. Plenty of smart peeps in the forum " all things " I never underestimate their knowledge here, vast indeed.

In life you stop asking questions, you stop learning. You die. Knowledge is power.

This thread is for you Mr Spit. You can show me something " as my original post asks " while my attention is here atm. OR I turn my attention back to making team points
    ie a limited window.

    Hey Shane
Back from work and ready to go if you can help.
Any ideas of what to start with .
I can only get my timings down to CL13 now instead of CL12.
I can still run the CPU at any speed.
I did try P1 but it wouldn't work.

Put a link in above. No we are doing 5ghz testing only

Does your board have any OC or ram profiles in bios?

Why change from hero to code?

Fk all difference really apart from few more features that have nothing to do with OC and a lot of plastic armor.

He's best to start with Super PI to learn efficiency. Your R15 iirc was 3rd/ 4th fastest on hwbot. So no chance there.
4 ram slot board + 3600 mems add to difficulty.

edit. The very first post. If Mr Spit tries that SPI, as I left instructions " do same way " can win
My XMP rams are loose timings default so his set maybe cas 16 have better speed

Page 21. OC Presets what is in there?
Page 24. Mem presets what is in there?

Some motherboards have a printscreen feature. Sends a file to USB stick. ie like F12 command.
OR take a pic and upload.

There should be a 24/7 OC profile. Then if you have b-die rams? I think you might, then there will be samsung profiles to try boot. Even if you try lower speed ones first.

Shit, I thought I saw hero on your sub somewhere, must have been someone else, my mistake. :p

Oh well at least you went up a little from mid range board.
