    At the moment i have an MSI P45 Neo-F with a C2Q Q8300 with 4GB DDR2 800mhz Kingston RAM

Now i've been overclocking in steps because the Q8x00 series isn't well known for it's overclocking capabilities. So far the highest stable overclock i've been able to achieve is 3.0ghz with a fsb of 400mhz, with the fsb/dram ratio at 1:1. Once i go past this frequency, the computer has a tendancy to crash unexpectantly at load. I know it has nothing to do with temps, as they remain quite low. What i'm trying to get at is anyone who is familiar with this motherboard's bios, would they be able to tell me how to unlink my RAM, so i could possibly overclock the processer further?

    Any help would be appreciated
