This evening I was on my computer, I went away for a few minutes and came back to find my computer was off. I went to turn it back on but it wouldn't start up.

    Things I've tried:

    - Removing the dust from inside the case
    - Testing with another PSU
    - Shorting the power switch
    - Reseating RAM
    - Reseating CPU fan cable

Also the motherboard light stays on

Any help would be greatly appreciated :)

Check if the restart button is still depressed, or shorted.

Just reread - how much dust was there?? If there was a lot the mobo maybe FUBAR - do a visual inspection of it. look for a short, bulging capacitor or similar.

Wont hurt to take the mobo out to do this as you will need to check the underside as well.
