ME2 finished now! This game is better than you remember it being.
I'm so glad I waited for a time where I could really sink my teeth into this game, I'm currently working through the epilogues and then its done, what a journey!
R* at their best. A true masterpiece.
Not PC, but playable on PC.
Finally finished Kingdom of Amalur.
I never finished that game, but I really liked it. I'm hopeful there'll be a sequel since it's in the hands of THQ Nordic now days.
I also made a good dent in it and never finished it, found it got a bit grindy and boring.
I enjoyed the final boss. And the fights leading up to it made me feel like I earned the win, unlike Fable I think it was where the final boss was 'Push boss down a hole' which annoyed me so much. I'm glad i stuck with it though
I did all the side quests and tried to find/buy all the armour and melee weapons before i continued on with the main quest
Mass Effect 3
I'll never forget this perfect series, so great to play it again.
I've played it through twice now - and honestly, I think it actually may be the best game I've ever played. It's a hard call to make give I've been gaming for 30ish years, but I can't recall a game that had me so invested and enthralled the whole time. The story, music, characters, dialogue, graphics, environment and world. All absolutely amazing. Have never seen anyone come even remotely close to creating such a real, living 'world' as in RDR2.
The game made me cry...more than once...
The "...thank you" near the end. Y'all know what I'm talking about.
I only played Dishonored once, but looking through my screenshots has inspired me to play it again. SweetFX makes it pop, showing the art direction hasn't aged a day.
Mechwarrior 5 & Subnautica
Chivalry II, its hard to get good snaps because its always so chaotic or you're concentrating really hard when fighting. Its pretty satisfying when you're in a drawn out exchange and finish with lopping a guys head off and then picking it up and throwing it at the next guy.
Playing through Mafia: Definitive Edition currently. Has been on my wishlist waiting for a good sale this year and I nabbed it for $25. I hadn't played the original so it's all new to me, you can almost tell the age of it at its core with the very linear and somewhat repetitive gameplay loop tied up into neat little chapters. I really enjoy these game types as I can just sit down for 30-60 minutes and enjoy then hop back out. The story is also always advancing and I'm not running around a world filled with fluff, it's nice.
The game has some slight issues. Freesync doesn't work in fullscreen mode and it locks itself to 60hz somehow so it tears and looks horrible. Found a workaround by using windowed mode so no biggy. Have a few complete freeze ups here and there but otherwise smooth sailing.
Death of the Outsider. The Dishonored franchise just gets better with every entry.
Doom Eternal just keeps surprising me. Epic levels, insane action.
Keen for the DXR reflections update. Id love to see this in 4K HDR on an LG G1 with the DXR reflections, be pretty nuts.
More lovely shots of Death of the Outsider.
What res/fov? Very distorted
Is it? Didn't notice
Maybe it's screenshots from a VR headset?
