Been putting it off for a while, the first game pulled the old heart strings a bit too much... But finally giving Ori and the Will of the Wisps a crack. :D

I swear I could just post a thousand screenshots of this game, it really is stunning.

    https://store.steampowered.com/app/387290/Ori_and_the_Blind_Forest_Definitive_Edition/

& The one he's playing up above is it's sequel 'Will of the Wisps' https://store.steampowered.com/app/1057090/Ori_and_the_Will_of_the_Wisps/

both games are actually on sale for $11.36AUD on steam which is a steal!

both games run like a dream on a Nintendo Switch so your 3060Ti will destroy it @ QHD+

Love both games and nice shots self_slaughter !

I personally prefer the first one a bit narrative wise, but you may need space to play both as alot happens...but I love both! Second one is a great old time :)

Fuck I'm still traumatised from all the rage quits from the first Ori. Might have to give the second one a go.

Yeah, apparently I'm only like 14% through the game with near 1000 deaths already. Good times. :D
But it hasn't skipped a beat at 3440x1440/120Hz on a gtx 980 with a virtually dead water pump that barely tickles the water. lol

Growing up as a sega/nintendo kinda kid, these games are exactly what I feel a modern platformer should* be.
Graphics, sound, gameplay, emotional damage. It nails it all, and makes it feel so effortless.

    Surviving the Aftermath.

It's the most relaxing post-apocalyptic game I've ever played!

Where'd my post go? I'm sure I posted re expensive hitman game pack.

In any event I have no managed to get my hands on Hitman 1 :)
One run through of the yacht training mission I went on a kill spree and killed, literally, everyone. I blame modest pelican.

Last night I tried the 'final test' and pretty much been hosed numerous times.
Seems I don't do subtle very well.

Surviving the Aftermath. Finished it the other day, and used the photo mode to make a video of my final colony.
