SolidWorks 2012 rendered in PhotoView 360. It's a 3 part assembly (4 parts if you count the pencil) and it's reasonably accurately detailed in all the drawings.

Want to pick up some broken things I can disassemble and draw up, so I'll be checking out the market this weekend.

I really need to start getting into drawing again, this is my latest one and I found it hard to really get into it. :(

Was done as part of a present.

just thought i'd share this lot - my sister's wedding invitations :)

this i gonna be one of the coolest weddings ever - very off-beat and relaxed/fun! the invites and cards are all printed on a recycled stock so they have a really nice grain to them. they'll be posted in multi-coloured envelopes with a handfull of confetti in each. the website (which isn't 100% complete) has heaps of info and ties in. i'm pretty pleased :)

sorry about the awful phone pic. IRL the stock is a lot more warmererer.

So recently just got back into Star Wars: The Old Republic and been playing my Scoundrel. (Cause Scoundrels rock, everyone knows this)

What better way to spend the extra time cooped up inside thanks to the weather than to draw! :)

Once I come back from my trip I'll have a go at linearting and colouring it on my pc.

I am still working on this Church scene in my spare time, it looking good but I can't seem to stop the light making strange colours from the window on the red carpet.

If anyone has any ideas I would love to hear. (3ds Max, MR)

There is some really great stuff in this thread.
A great variety of different mediums and applications too.
    I am inspired.

A quicky of some of the stuff I've been getting into:

    First digital work.

    Corel Painter 12 + Wacom Bamboo pen&touch

Not sure what your vision was for that one Cask.
It's a good start, but honestly it is basically just a massive lens flare image.

Break your concept down into the total basics of composition and aim for something that interests the viewer.
You've got the female character as the only thing to look at, yet she is small and off-centre, and if she really was being flooded with that much light she'd be reduced to a black silhouette.

Signing your images is a bit wanky, but that is up for debate I guess

    I only just noticed these.
Quirky. I like them! Makes the wedding seem very inviting and fun.

    Another quicky:

    Not an original character.
    Laura from Infinite Stratos.

I probably have to find somewhere else on the net to post my pics Before someone says "Piss off, anime, bitch, ass, weeboo, POS."

Been getting back into sketching and a bit of watercolour in my spare time, so relaxing to focus on one thing from start to finish. Please excuse the choppy scans.
